The Signature Program was established in 1993 to establish a new path for design, construction and management for golf communities for landscaping and structural facilities. In 1994, Collier’s Reserve Country Club made history by becoming the first golfing community in the world to achieve designation as a Certified Audubon International Signature Cooperative Sanctuary. In 2014, Collier’s Reserve became the first Signature Sanctuary to attain certification for twenty years. Colliers Reserve is set up like a boutique hotel and its members are sophisticated but not pretentious. They have common goals and enjoy a luxurious lifestyle but also partake in civic duties and philanthropy. Collier’s Reserve was honored by the Everglades chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals as the Philanthropic Organization of the Year in 2016.
