History of the Club
Wyndemere is a member of the Blue Zones and it embraces the philosophies of healthy living, being active, healthy eating and living a long, happy life. Gerald Livingston developed the club after being inspired by flying over the area and falling in love with its natural beauty. He named the club Wyndemere after Wyndemere Farms in Canada, where he is from. He built the clubhouse first and then the golf course and he wanted it to be a place unlike any other. Gerry brought together members, celebrities and world class chefs and was able to create a slice of paradise where members enjoyed the amenities and enjoyed interacting with each other. The members are successful, philanthropic members of the community who also invest in the local community.
